Health is not just about the food we eat and the time spent in the gym (although this is important), but health is also about being happy and living your best life. There have been plenty of studies showing the health benefits of laughing, smiling, surrounding yourself with positive energy, and doing things you love. On the other hand a life filled with stress, resentment, and negative thinking can lead to unhealthy life.
